Powerlifting – Accumulation and Transmutation blocks for a geared lifter
The program listed here is an 8 week cycle that includes 4 weeks of accumulation and 4 weeks of transmutation split into two 14 day microcycles per block. The program features a rotating system of concentrated loading with each half of the 14 day microcycle loading either the upper body or lower body with more intensity and volume. This program also shows how to gradually transition gear into the training.
Spreadsheet will calculate percentages for each set performed as well as number of lifts and average intensity. Lifters can enter their geared training maxes, geared competition maxes, and raw maxes and the program will take care of the rest.
