High frequency program for an intermediate to advanced lifter

The following program is meant for use by a lifter with a fair amount of training experience and results that would classify as rated in the competition lifts (Class II or above). This program features a 6 week accumulation period (A blocks), a 5 week transmutation period (B blocks), and a 2 week taper leading up to a competition. Included is 13 week training cycle in Excel format and a description of the program in Word format.
